脑部类淋巴系统研究进展

A review research on brain glymphatic system

目的 探讨脑部类淋巴系统生理机制及其在相关疾病应用研究的进展.方法 在PubMed数据库中,以＂glymphatic＂为关鍵词,查阅2013年1月-2016年10月有关脑部类淋巴系统的相关文献,进行归纳总结.结果;脑部存在一种清理内部代谢产物（如β-淀粉样物质等）的类淋巴系统,该系统以星型胶质细胞为结构基础,在多种神经退行性疾病中起到一定的作用（例如清理β-淀粉样物质）.;结论 活跃的类淋巴系统能够降低神经退行性疾病的发病,同时对神经退行性疾病的发生起到较好的预防作用.为使类淋巴系统能够更好地指导临床,需要进一步对类淋巴系统进行更深入的分析研究.

Objective To discuss the brain glymphatic system physiology and mechanism and the research progress of application study in the related diseases.Methods The literatures about the brain glymphatic system at home and abroad from January 2013 to October 2016 were searched in PubMed by using ＂glymphatic＂ as key words.Results There is a clear internal brain metabolites （such as β-amyloid） as the glymphatic system, the system is based on the structure of radial glial cells, play roles in a variety of neurodegenerative diseases （such as cleaning β-amyloid）.Conclusions The active glymphatic system can reduce the onset of neurodegenerative diseases, and the neurodegenerative disease has a good prevention effect.To make the glymphatic system better provide guidance for clinical, further analysis of the glymphatic system is needed.
