我国高校的去行政化改革是近些年社会各界关注的热点。在国内几所著名高校相继尝试初步去行政化改革之后,其他高校也在逐步打破传统,不断创新行政管理模式。梳理归纳国外高等教育管理的先进经验,重新审视我国现行高校行政管理模式,并结合我国高等教育发展的实际需要,提出高校行政管理改革的针对性建议,对推进我国高校制度建设的现代化进程具有重要意义。

The de - administration reform of colleges and universities is a hot topic in recent years. After severalfamous universities in China have tried to initiate de -administration reform, other colleges and universities aregradually breakingthe traditional and solidified administrative management mode, and constantly groping for in-novation. In this paper, by analyzing the advanced experience of foreign universities management, review theadministrative management mode of colleges and universities in our country, and combine with the actual needsof universities development in China to advise new method of administrative management in colleges and univer-sities.
