摘要
高校教师教学发展是在教师自身教学价值观、教学哲学观、教学能力等主观因素和教学理论、教学制度、教学环境等客观因素交互作用下的复杂的动态变化过程,其根本目标在于生成教学理念、丰富教学知识、提高教学能力、形成教学风格、实现师生共同成长,促进高校教师教学发展必须注意转变教学理念,激发教师自觉,完善制度设计,实行差异培训,建构发展共同体。
College staff teaching development is in the complex dynamic process of subjective factors such asteachers' teaching values, teaching philosophy and teaching ability and objective factors such as teaching theo-ry, teaching system, and teaching environment under the interaction, the ultimate goal is to generate teachingconcept, rich knowledge, improve the teaching ability, form teaching style, to realize teachers and students'grow together, in order to promote the development of staff teaching development in the colleges and universi-ties, we must pay attention to changing the teaching idea, arouse teachers' consciousness, improve the systemdesign, carry out different training, and construct a community of development.
