Residential construction quality directly affects the quality of life of residents,the residential building design process is particularly important.This paper follows the common errors encountered in the residential building design and construction plan review,on the basis of the current residential design standards and specifications,raised details in need of more attention and solutions to lighting,fire safety,sound insulation noise reduction and other important aspects with close relationship to living environment,aiming to help the designers to complete the design of the residential building products work better.
