摘要
设备基础设计成功与否,与工艺和设备专业密切配合关系极大,土建专业人员应深入了解设备的工作特性、安装和检修情况、荷重、地脚螺栓、方位以及对基础设计的要求等。大型设备基础一般属于大体积混凝土范畴,故其施工应重点考虑混凝土硬化时产生较大水化热及收缩应力而造成的混凝土开裂。论文首先介绍大型设备基础的重要性,然后对大型设备基础设计进行分析,最后详细阐述大型设备基础施工前的理论计算,可为类似项目提供借鉴。
The foundation of equipment design success,with professional technology and equipment closely relationship,civil engineering professionals should work characteristics,in-depth understanding of the equipment installation and maintenance,load,anchor bolts,and the range of basic design requirements etc..The foundation of large-scale equipment belongs to the category of mass concrete,so the concrete cracking caused by greater hydration heat and shrinkage stress should be considered during the construction of concrete equipment.This paper first introduces the importance of large-scale equipment foundation,and then analyzes the basic design of large equipment,and finally expounds the theoretical calculation before construction of large equipment foundation,which can provide reference for similar projects.
