循环冷却水系统浊度控制的重要性

摘要 循环冷却水系统的水体与换热器换热后会产生结垢、生物黏泥及其附着物,如系统长时间不清理还会产生大面积的结垢腐蚀,不但降低换热器的换热效率,还会影响系统的正常运行。控制循环水的浊度是防治上述问题出现的有效办法。论文针对循环水系统的浊度问题展开探讨,对引起循环水浊度升高的原因进行分析并提出相应的防治措施,旨在供同行业从业人员互相交流借鉴。 The circulating cooling water system of water and heat exchanger will produce fouling and biofouling and its attachments,such as scaling and corrosion of long time not clean up system will produce a large area,not only reduces the efficiency of heat exchanger,but also affect the normal operation of the system.Controlling the turbidity of circulating water is an effective way to prevent and cure these problems.In this paper,the problem of turbidity of circulating water system is discussed,and the causes of the increase of circulating water turbidity are analyzed and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
