Construction Technology of Pile Foundation in Shield Construction

盾构机是现代城市轨道交通项目中不可或缺的施工设备,如果施工人员在使用盾构机时未采取防护措施,则不仅可能损坏盾构机,同时还有可能耽误工期并引发安全事故。论文以莞惠城际GZH-2标盾构区间隧道下穿新兴大厦工程为例,介绍了工程的施工难点和盾构过房屋采取的措施,对大厦加固措施进行了分析,并对盾构掘进施工技术进行探讨,以供有关人员参考借鉴。

The shield machine is an indispensable equipment of modern city rail transit project construction,if the construction personnel did not take protective measures in the use of the shield machine,not only may damage the shield,may also delay the schedule and cause accidents.In this paper,Guanhui intercity GZH-2 shield tunnel under the Xinxing hotel project as an example,first introduced the project construction difficulties and building measures,then carries on the analysis to the building reinforcement measures,at the end of the shield construction technology are discussed,in order to provide reference to relevant personnel.
