摘要
本文就卵的大小对蜂王初生重及蜂王初生重对中华蜜蜂蜂王品质影响进行研究,以明确提高中华蜜蜂蜂王品质的方法。结果表明:限王前后卵重增重0.05 mg,增重33.3%,限王产卵前后卵重差异极显著(P<0.01);用大卵培育的蜂王初生重比用小卵培育的蜂王初生重平均增重13.0 mg,增重7.14%,差异极显著(P<0.01);日龄对蜂王初生重有明显的影响,差异极显著(P<0.01),日龄越小,蜂王初生重越大,随着日龄的增大,蜂王初生重明显降低,呈负相关;用大卵培育的蜂王卵巢管数比用小卵培育的蜂王卵巢管数平均增加6条,差异极显著(P<0.01);蜂王初生重和卵巢管数的显著性值为0.023,即在0.05水平上具有显著性;蜂王初生重与蜂王日均产卵量的显著性值为0.365,显著性不明显。
In this paper, the effect of egg size on Queen's birth weight and Queen's birth weight on the quality of queen bee was studied to improve the quality of queen bee in Apis cerana cerana. The results show that: the egg weight increased by 0.05 rag, the weight gain was 33.3%, and the egg weight before and after was extremely different (P〈0.01) by restriction; The birth weight of the queen with large eggs was increased by and the weight increased by 7.14%. The significant value of the daily weight of the Queen's birth weight was 0.365, which was not significant.
