摘要
目前,电动钻机以SCR电驱动系统和VFD电驱动系统为主。SCR电驱动系统和VFD电驱动系统均存在把交流电整流成直流电的整流变换过程。此过程将产生大量的5、7、11、13等次谐波,其被传输到柴油发电机组的小电网系统中(600V电网),会引起600V母线电压畸变。因此,有必要采取恰当的无功补偿及谐波抑制措施,在提高功率因数的同时还能对谐波进行有效治理。
At present,the drive systems for the electric drilling rigs are mainly based on the SCR electric drive systems and the VFD electric drive systems. Both of the SCR electric drive system and the VFD electric drive system have the electricity-rectifying process from AC to DC transformation,which will produce a large number of 5,7,11 and13 sub-harmonics. The sub-harmonics will be conveyed to the small power system(600V grid)of the diesel generator and cause the voltage distortion of the 600 V bus. Therefore,the appropriate reactive power compensation and the harmonic suppression measures are taken to manage the harmonics and improve the power factor of the system.
