抗苗勒氏管激素测定与高龄女性早期自然流产的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过在高龄(年龄≥35岁)女性中测定抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平,探讨其与早期自然流产的关系。方法收集非妊娠高龄女性共173例,其中高龄复发性流产史组58例,高龄偶发性流产史组60例,普通高龄备孕组55例;检测并比较3组对象血清AMH及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果 3组间AMH水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较普通高龄备孕组高于高龄复发性流产史组及高龄偶发性流产史组(P<0.05),高龄复发性流产史组高于高龄偶发性流产史组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FSH、LH、E2水平3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AMH可能与高龄女性早期自然流产有关,需要大样本研究。 Objective To study the association of early spontaneous abortion in women with advanced maternal age( ≥35years) by detecting the levels of Mullerian hormone( AMH). Methods A total of 173 non-pregnant women of ages≥35 years were enrolled and divided into three groups: group A including 58 women with the history of recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA),group B including 60 women with the history of sporadic spontaneous abortion( SSA) and group C including 55 healthy women. The levels of serum AMH,follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH) and estradiol( E2) were measured and compared within the three groups. Results The AMH levels differences within the three groups had statistical significance( P 〈0. 05); healthy group was the higher while compared with SSA group and RSA group( P〈0. 05). RSA group was higher than SSA group but the difference had no statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Meanwhile,the level differences of FSH,LH and E2 had no statistical significance within the three groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion AMH may be related to the early spontaneous abortion in women with advanced maternal age and requires further study.
