职业健康体检人群血脂水平调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解职业体检人群血脂水平及血脂异常发生率,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月本中心健康体检者1 557例为研究对象,检测血脂水平,并按不同年龄段进行分组,比较血脂异常率。结果男性TG、LDL-C总体水平高于女性,女性HDL总体水平高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),TC水平在男、女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性4项血脂水平与年龄增加呈正相关;男、女性血脂异常率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=56.8,P<0.01);男性血脂4项指标异常率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性41岁~60岁组TG、TC、LDL-C异常率达到较高值。女性>50岁组TG、TC、LDL-C的异常率均有较大幅度的增长。结论对40岁以上男性和更年期女性等高发人群,应加强对血脂的定期监测,做到早预防、早治疗,控制降低人群血脂水平,对预防和减少心、脑血管疾病具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the incidence rate of dyslipidemia and dyslipidemia in occupational physical examinee and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods 1 557 cases from the health examination center were collected as the research sample from January 2015 to December 2016,their blood lipid levels were detected and grouped according to different ages and then compared with the abnormal rate of blood lipid. Results The overall level of male LDL-C and TG was higher than that of female,yet the women 's overall level of HDL was higher than that of male,with the differences statistically significant( P〈 0. 01); the difference on the levels of TC in male and female had no statistical significance( P〈 0. 05); the four blood lipid levels in women showed an increasing trend with age; the difference of dyslipidemia rate between both male and female was statistically significant( χ^2= 56. 8,P〈 0. 01); four indexes of male dyslipidemia rate were higher than that of the female,with the differences statistically significant( P〈 0. 01); the abnormal rates of TG,TC and LDL-C were higher in males at 41-60 years. The abnormal rate of TG,TC and LDL-C increased greatly after 50 years of age. Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood lipid of overall occupational health examinees is 70. 1%. Regarding to the high risk population of men over the age of 40 and menopause women,we should strengthen the regular monitoring of blood lipids and provide early treatment and prevention methods,so to reduce the blood fat level of control would be significant to prevent and reduce cerebrovascular diseases.
