摘要
目的了解云南各级疾病预防控制机构水质检测能力,为水质检测能力建设提供参考。方法各级疾病预防控制中心通过"各级饮用水水质卫生检测信息系统水质检测能力报告卡",上报饮用水监测信息,对全省145家疾病预防控制中心生活饮用水指标检测能力进行调查。结果 2016年全省各级疾病预防控制中心全项指标和常规指标的平均检测能力分别为40项和34项;各级疾病预防控制中心的平均水质检测能力从34项到106项不等;水质检测能力依省级、地市级和县(区)级逐级递减;大多数CDC非常规指标检测能力较低,常规指标中,放射性指标的检测能力较低;全省可检测指标的平均认证认可率为88.8%。结论云南省地市级、县(区)级疾病预防控制中心水质检测能力有待提高,还不能满足生活饮用水卫生标准要求,应加强水质检测能力建设,提高水质检测能力。
Objective To understand the capability of testing water quality in all of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention( CDCs) in Yunnan Province,so as to provide reference for building the capacity of testing water quanlity. Methods The capacity of testing water quality in 145 CDCs in Yunnan Province was investigated by an analysis of information in The Detection Capacity Report Card for Information System at all levels of CDCs. Results In 2016,the average detection capacity for the all-round and routine category at all levels of the CDCs was performed on 40 items and 34 items separately,with a range from34 to 106 items. The capacity of testing water quality decreased gradually in an order of provincial,municipal and county( district) level. Detection capacity for the non-routine category was lower at most of the CDCs,and the capacity for the radioactive detection in the routine category was lower. The average rate of certification and accreditation of detection was 88. 8% in Yunnan Province. Conclusion The capacity of the testing water quality at the CDCs of municipal cities,counties( districts) in Yunnan Province need to be improved to meet the required standards of the drinking water. Capacity of testing water quality should be strengthened and enhanced.
