摘要
目的建立芥辛化痰通窍巴布剂的质量标准。方法对芥辛化痰通窍巴布剂中白芥子、延胡索、甘遂和细辛采用TLC定性鉴别;采用HPLC对芥子碱硫氰酸盐、延胡索乙素和细辛脂素进行定量测定。结果薄层色谱法鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;芥子碱硫氰酸盐在20.2~202.0μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 4)、延胡索乙素在1.312~20.992μg·m L-1(r=0.999 7)和细辛脂素在1.925~38.500μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 4)内与峰面积的线性关系良好;芥子碱硫氰酸盐的平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=2.20%;延胡索乙素的平均回收率为98.66%,RSD=2.35%;细辛脂素的平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=1.74%。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于芥辛化痰通窍巴布剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Jiexin Huatan Tongqiao cataplasm. METHODS Semen Brassicae, Corydalis Rhizoma, Kansui Radix and Asari Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC, and the contents of sinapine thiocyanate, tetrahydropalmatine, asarinin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The spots on the thin layer plate were clear, had good separation and the negative solution had no interference. The experiment showed good linear relationship in the range of 20.2-202.0 μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 4) for sinapine thiocyanate, 1.312-20.992 μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 7) for tetrahydropalmatine, 1.925-38.500 μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999 4) for asarinin. The average recovery of sinapine thiocyanate was 99.06%, with RSD of 2.20%; the average recovery of tetrahydropalmatine was 98.66%,with RSD of 2.35%; the average recovery of asarinin was 99.75%, with RSD of 1.74%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, so it can be used to control the quality of Jiexin Huatan Tongqiao cataplasm.
