摘要
5-氨基水杨酸是目前治疗炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的首选药物,但因其口服后主要被小肠吸收,导致结肠局部浓度低而降低药效。结肠靶向给药系统可以使药物直达病变部位,提高药效,因而成为研究热点。本文就几种结肠靶向给药系统进行讨论,以望为日后IBD治疗的研究提供参考。
5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA) is the primary drug candidate for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD); However, its targeted efficacy in colon site is limited as majority of the drug is absorbed by small intestine after oral administration. As such, great interest is focusing on the design of colon-targeted drug delivery systems to deliver drugs at targeted site, thus enhancing therapeutic efficacy. This paper summarize recent progress in the development of colon-targeted drug delivery systems for 5-ASA, aiming at providing valuable information for IBD treatment.
