摘要
利用脉冲远场涡流检测对于铁磁性双层套管腐蚀缺陷的检测优势,针对双层套管内管外壁、外管内壁和外管外壁三处腐蚀缺陷,就激励参数变化对于系统灵敏度影响程度进行了研究,通过仿真和实验手段选择最佳激励参数,实现了脉冲远场涡流检测系统的参数优化,并弥补了前期缺少相关研究的不足。
Take advantage of pulsed remote field eddy current( PRFEC) test on corrosion defects of ferromagnetic double-casing pipe( FDP),aiming at defects of three subsurface corrosion( SSC) of external surface of inner casing pipe,internal surface of outer casing pipe,and external surface of outer casing pipe of FDP,study on effect of excitation parameters change on system sensitivity. The optimal excitation parameters are selected by simulation and experiment. Realize optimization of parameters of PRFEC test system,and make up for deficiency of related research.
