摘要 针对计量校准实验室严格的环境条件要求,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络(WSNs)的实验室温湿度采集报警系统。以STC12C5A60S2微处理器为控制核心,收集、处理和储存各校准实验室内传感器节点数据信息,并通过GTM900C模块实现数据信息的远程传输。当实验室内温湿度超出设定的阈值时,系统可自动传输超限报警信息。系统精确度高、实用性强、性能稳定可靠,能准确监测、记录实验室的温湿度,有效规避在环境不合格的条件下进行检定、校准及测试项目,具有很强的实际应用价值。 A laboratory temperature and humidity acquisition and alarm system is designed based on wireless sensor networks( WSNs) for the strict requirements of environmental conditions in the calibration laboratory. System uses STC12C5A60S2 microprocessor as controlcore to collect,process and store each sensor node data in the calibration laboratories,and realize remote transmission of data through GTM900 C module. When temperature and humidity exceed a set threshold,the system can automatically transmit the alarm message. System has high precision,strong practicability,stability and reliability,which can accurately monitor and record the temperature and humidity. System avoids the verification,calibration and test items in substandard conditions effectively,which has a strong practical application value.
