摘要
电石渣是化工生产的工业废物,主要成分是Ca(OH)_2。本文以某地区一水硬铝石矿为研究对象,研究了电石渣代替石灰对其溶出性能的影响,结果表明,当电石渣添加量小于16%时,溶出赤泥铝硅比随着电石渣添加量的增加而降低;当电石渣含量>16%时,溶出赤泥铝硅比随电石渣含量增加而增加。在电石渣试验添加范围内,溶出赤泥钠硅比随电石渣含量不断增加而下降,是由于电石渣中的氧化钙替代了钠硅渣中的氧化钠的结果。
Carbide slag is the waste of chemical industry, mainly composed of Ca(0H) 2. By using the diaspore as the study subject in the paper, carbide slag replaces the lime in its digestion and the effect is studied. The study shows that when the dosage of carbide slag is less than 16%, the A/S in red mud is lowered with carbide slag addition increasing, and when its dosage exceeds 16%, the A/S increases with its increase. The N/S in red mud decrea- ses with the dosage of carbide slag increasing as due to Na2O is substituted by CaO in red mud.
