摘要
本文阐述了200k A新式阴极钢棒结构电解槽的设计和工艺技术特点,论述了合理设置两水平、分子比和槽电压等工艺参数对改善炉底状况和提高电解槽电流效率的重要性,对实际生产中减少或控制沉淀形成和优化指标的工艺路线进行了探讨,提出了有效提高电流效率的可行措施,最终取得了平均槽电压3.795V、电流效率91.18%,吨铝直流电耗12515k W·h的良好指标。
In this paper the characteristics d ign and teehnolo of 200kA new type of cathode collector bar structure pot are described and the impor- tance of reasonably setting process parameters to advance the pot bottom conditions and improve the current efficiency are discussed. By investigating the process route and method to reduce of control the precipitation, some feasible measures to improve the current efficiency are proposed. Based on above measures, the good indexes of pot voltage of 3. 795 V, current efficiency of 91.18% and DC power consumption of 12515kW h/t - AI are finally gained.
