沙尘地区空冷燃煤机组汽机房通风系统的研究

摘要 依托内蒙古某空冷燃煤机组工程,结合空冷器布置位置以及当地沙尘暴频繁的气候特点,从通风降温效果、初投资、土建结构、运行实例等方面,对汽机房常用的三种通风方式进行了分析和比较。研究表明,沙尘天气机械进风、机械排风,非沙尘天气自然进风、机械排风相结合的通风方式效果较好,投资及运行费用较低,能够有效地排除汽机房内的余热和余湿,避免沙尘进入室内,达到文明、卫生生产的要求。 Based on an air cooling coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia,considered of air cooler arrangement and sandstorms,it analyzed and compared the three ventilation systems in the main house from ventilation cooling effect,the initial investment,civil structures,and running plant factors. It shows that the effects of this ventilation system,which is used machinery supply and machinery exhaust on dust weather,natural supply and machinery exhaust on other weather. The investment and operating costs will be lower,and remove the waste heat and waste wet effectively. It also can avoid the dusts into the main house and satisfy civilized and health production.
