摘要
目的:探讨PBL及LBL教学模式在针灸临床带教中的优劣。方法:将80名于本科轮转的本科生及研究生随机分为PBL组和LBL组各40例,PBL组采用PBL教学方法,LBL组采用LBL教学模式,比较两组综合评分。结果:PBL组在出科考试成绩及成绩等级分布上均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组同学出针后的不良事件发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:PBL教学法相较于LBL教学法在学生出科成绩、成绩等级分布方面均优于对照组。
Objective: To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of PBL and LBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: 80 students in undergraduate and graduate undergraduate students cycle were randomly divided into group PBL and group LBL 40 cases, PBL group use PBL teaching method, LBL group use LBL teaching, comprehensive evaluation between the two groups. Resttlts: In group PBL score and grade distribution is superior to the control group (P〈0.05), but the adverse events of two groups of students out of the needle after there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: PBL teaching method compared to the LBL teaching method in the students' grades, grade distribution was better than the control group.
