党内政治文化建设并不是一个纯理论问题,而是一个兼具理论性与实践性的问题,在某种意义上实践性色彩甚至更浓厚。丰富多彩的党内政治文化现象和日新月异的党内政治文化实践在根本上都受到"什么是党内政治文化,怎样建设党内政治文化"这个党内政治文化基本问题的制约。围绕加强党内政治文化建设这一重大任务回答关于党内政治文化建设的若干问题,就是在马克思主义文化观的指导下,通过考察党内政治文化的地位与结构层次和党内政治文化建设的方向方针与目标,为科学揭示党内政治文化建设的现实路径、着力避免党内政治文化建设的潜在误区提出科学化的理论建议。

The development of intra-party political culture is not a purely theoretical problem, but a theoretical and practical problem. In some sense, the practical element is even stronger. The diverse political culture of the Party and the ever-changing inner-Party political culture practices are fundamentally constrained by the question of ＂what is the political culture within the Party and how to build the Inner-Party political culture＂. To respond to the several issues on the development of Intra-Party political culture is to examine the status, structure, orientation and goal of the Intra-Party political culture under the guidance of the Marxist cultural view, and provide scientific theoretical suggestions on setting forth the path of Intra-Party political culture development and on avoiding the potential mistakes.
