国有企业社会绩效的量表开发与检验

摘要 随着和谐成为社会发展的主旋律,社会公众对国有企业的评价不再局限于经济贡献,而是更加重视其社会绩效。但是,目前尚未有文献对国有企业社会绩效的概念及其结构维度进行研究。文章在文献梳理的基础上,采取定性与定量相结合的研究方法,开发一套能够充分反映社会公众需求的国有企业社会绩效量表。结论表明,国有企业社会绩效是一个多维度概念,包含创新驱动、环境保护、公平廉洁、社会声誉、行业合作、红利回报等六大维度。研究结论为国有企业提高社会绩效的实践工作指引了方向,也为后续研究的开展奠定了基础。 As harmony becomes the theme of social development in China,evaluation of state-owned enterprises is not limited to their economic contribution,but more to their social performance.However,the concept and the structural dimension of evaluating state-owned enterprise's social performance haven't been deeply explored.Based on current literature and by using qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper has an analysis onmeasurement standard of state-owned enterprise's social performance,which fully reflects demands of social public.The study shows that state-owned enterprise's social performance is a multi-dimension concept,including innovation drive,environmental protection,fairness and honesty,social reputation,industry cooperation and bonus returns.
