配置高强钢筋的再生混凝土梁试验研究

摘要 本次试验的设计强度为C40,将再生混凝土梁分别配置HRB400和HRB600的高强钢筋,并探究其力学性能,得出以下结论:配置高强钢筋的再生混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁相比,其纯弯段正截面的受力形态无明显差异,但挠度增大,裂缝数量增多,间距变小,并且具有较好的延性。再生粗骨料取代率的大小对梁的承载力影响不明显。试验结果对今后再生混凝土梁配置高强钢筋具有一定的参考作用。 The design strength of the test for C40, the recycled concrete are respectively arranged HRB400, HRB600 high strength steel, and the mechanical properties of high strength steel, the configuration compared with ordinary concrete beams with recycled concrete beams, the flexural properties are basically the same, broken when the ultimate bearing capacity decreased, the in- crease of deflection the increase in the number of cracks, spacing becomes smaller, and has better ductility. This is the future of recycled concrete with high strength steel bars beam has a certain guiding role.
