异常妊娠的综合急救护理对改善孕妇及胎儿预后的作用

Effect of comprehensive emergency care of abnormal pregnancy for improvement the prognosis of pregnant women and fetus

目的分析异常妊娠的综合急救护理对改善孕妇及胎儿预后的作用。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的异常妊娠大出血患者90例,按照就诊时间顺序分为对照组(2015年4月~2016年4月)与观察组(2016年5月~2017年4月),每组各45例。对照组给予常规急救护理,观察组给予综合急救护理。对比两组分娩时间、分娩中出血量、糖化血红蛋白下降幅度、住院时间、妊娠结局及护理满意率。结果与对照组相比,观察组分娩时间短、分娩中出血量少、糖化血红蛋白下降幅度低、住院时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组剖宫产率低、自然阴道分娩率高、终止妊娠引产率低、胎儿存活率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对异常妊娠大出血患者实施综合急救护理能够提高临床护理服务质量,有助于改善孕妇及胎儿的预后结局。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive emergency care of abnormal pregnancy for improvement the prognosis of pregnant women and fetus. Methods 90 cases of patients with abnormal pregnancy hemorrhage treated in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected. According to the admission time sequence, patients were divided into the control group（from April 2015 to April 2016） and the observation group（from May 2016 to April 2017）, each group had 45 cases. The control group was given routine emergency care, the observation group was given comprehensive emergency care. The time of delivery, bleeding amount of delivery, reduction of glycosylated hemoglobin, length of hospital stay, pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control gorup, the time of delivery, bleeding amount of delivery, reduction of glycosylated hemoglobin, length of hospital stay were shorter or lower in the observation group, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control gorup, the cesarean section rate and gestation induced labor rate were lower, the natural vaginal delivery rate and fetal survival rate were higher in the observation group, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control gorup, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive emergency nursing for patients with abnormal pregnancy hemorrhage can enhance the quality of clinical nursing service, improve the prognosis of pregnant women and fetal.
