摘要
为了提高普通本科院校双语教学质量,尝试将基于顾客感知效用的服务优化方法应用于双语教学的课程要素配置中。文章提出的方法中,首先基于QFD方法对相关课程要素进行权重的比较和确定;其次,运用问卷调查的方法得到学生对各个课程要素的期望水平;最后利用失望理论建立优化模型确定课程授课方案,并以《系统工程》双语课程为例,说明了该方法的可行性与有效性。
In order to improve the quality of bilingual teaching in ordinary colleges,this paper attempts to apply the service optimization method into the allocation of curriculum elements in bilingual teaching. The method of using QFD to weight the curriculum elements is put forward,and then,the students' expectation levels on different elements are acquired by using a questionnaire survey. Moreover,the optimization model has been established according to disappointment theory so that the teaching plan can be determined. Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are illustrated by the example of the " System Engineering" course.
