摘要
巴西乙醇燃料的发展历经了一个多世纪的漫长过程。从最初经过试验与探索,实现迅速起步,到制度化与规范化而实现平稳发展,再到由技术和科学层面转向与国家发展政策相关联的战略层面,进入了发展的最好时期。未来,由于全球能源安全与气候变化的问题逐渐凸显,巴西乙醇燃料的发展将会面临许多新的机遇和挑战。同时,巴西乙醇燃料将近一个多世纪的发展历史积累了许多宝贵经验,这对于作为能源消费大国的中国来说,具有许多重要的启示和借鉴意义。
The development of ethanol fuel in Brazil underwent a very long process of a century. From the rapid starting by experiment and exploration in the early years to have realized a stable development of institutionalization and standardization,the ethanol fuel industry in Brazil entered its best period of development by benefitting from science and technology and national strategies. In the future,due to the problems of energy security and climate change,the development of ethanol fuel in Brazil will face new opportunities and challenges. Besides,the successful experience of developing ethanol fuel will bring enlightenment to China.
