产业链整合视角下的江苏开发区转型升级路径研究

Study on the Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Jiangsu Development Zone from the Perspective of Industrial Chain Integration

江苏开发区经过数十年来的实践和探索,其发展速度和规模经济效应明显,已经成为区域经济增长和现代生产力提升的首选载体。然而受到内外部环境的制约,江苏开发区陷入了发展困境,必须正视转型发展、升级发展。本文通过对开发区发展沿革、特点和当前存在的主要问题分析,从产业链整合的视角提出开发区转型升级的相关对策及具体措施。

After decades of hard practice and exploration in Jiangsu Development Zone,the development speed and increasing scale of the economic zone are obvious. It has become the first choice for the regional economic growth and the improvement of the modern productive forces. However,because of the internal and external environment constraints,Jiangsu Development Zone was trapped into a development dilemma. Various development zones have to face the transformation and development and to think about upgrading and development. This paper talks about the development process,the characteristics and the current problems of the Development Zone. From the perspective of the industrial chain,it put forward the relevant and specific countermeasures of this transformation and upgrading.
