高校实验室安全准入制度建设研究

Safe Access System Construction Research on University Laboratories

实验室安全是当前高校实验室管理中迫切需要研究的课题。将实验室安全排在首位,有效预防可能产生的安全隐患是高校实验室安全管理的重点工作。本文从高校建立实验室安全准入制度的必要性入手,在认真研究国内外高校实验室安全准入制度实施现状的基础上,从我校实验室安全管理的组织机构、监督管理、运行保障等方面出发建立实验室安全准入制度,以期为高校实验室管理工作提供指导。

Laboratory safety is in urgent need to be studied in the field of university laboratory management. Putting laboratory safety in priority and effectively preventing potential safety hazard is the key to one university＇s laboratory safety management. In this paper,the necessity of establishing security access system at university laboratories will be stated at first,based on careful study of current university laboratory security access system,the establishment of SWUST laboratory security access system will then be discussed from the aspects of organization of laboratory safety management,supervision and administration and operation guarantee,so as to provide guidance for laboratory management.
