借鉴社会工作完善党的群众工作评估体系

群众工作是中国共产党的传统优势,更是社会主义建设事业胜利的法宝,群众工作的目的是实现人民群众利益的最大化,人民群众利益是否实现和党群关系紧密程度相关联,密切党群关系需要做好群众工作,提升党的群众工作科学化水平则需要完善党的群众工作评估体系,社会工作与群众工作在思想基础与价值理念上具有相似性,均是以人本思想作为指导思想。所以提升党的群众工作科学化水平的途径之一就是借鉴社会工作完善党的群众工作,而群众工作评估体系则需要借鉴社会工作评估体系的优势来完善,主要完善党的群众工作评估体系的政策法规、评估主体、专业方法等。

The work of the masses is the traditional advantage of the Communist Party of China and the magic weapon of the victory of socialist construction.The purpose of the mass work is to realize the maximization of the interests of the people,while whether the interests of the people are realized or not is closely related with the relationship between the Party and the masses. In order to intensify the relationship,the work for the masses needs to be done well.To enhance the scientific level of the Party＇work for the masses needs the improvement of the Party＇s work assessment system. Social work and work for the masses have similarity in the ideological basis and the concept of value,which is based on human thoughts. Therefore,one of the ways to improve the scientific level of the Party＇s work is to learn from the social work to improve the Party ＇s work,and the improvement of the mass work evaluation system depends on the advantages of the social work evaluation system which is to improve the main policy and regulations,the main body of assessment,professional methods of the Party＇s evaluation system.
