胰腺囊性病变的诊断思维:胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤 被引量：4

摘要 病例资料患者,女,51岁。9个月前无明显诱因出现上腹部隐痛,无发热,无恶心及呕吐。1周前上腹疼痛加重,行超声和CT检查,提示胰腺体尾部囊性肿块,血清肿瘤标记物CEA为2.54 ng/ml和CA19-9 1200 U/ml。
