泰州市铸造行业职业病危害因素防护设施控制效果调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查目前铸造行业主要职业危害因素和相关职业病防护的设施,探讨铸造行业职业病危害防护设施控制效果。方法选取该市铸造行业中3家企业,分别对其中铸造车间的造型、浇铸、热处理、合箱和清沙岗位产生的职业危害因素进行监测,对操作工人进行职业健康体检,并对职业危害相关防护设施、管理制度等进行现场调查。结果 3家企业的职业病危害因素防护设施均比较齐全,但职业卫生相关管理制度不健全,作业人员作业点位粉尘超标率为25.0%,噪声超标率为38.1%,高温超标率为42.8%,在职业健康体检中3家企业接触有害作业的工人均未发现职业禁忌证、疑似职业病和职业病患者。结论目前该市铸造厂均配有相关职业病防护设施,但部分防护设施的效果和相关管理制度的不健全,使得防护设施不能长期有效运行,没有发挥其最大效用,因此应加大该市铸造行业职业病防护设施的管理。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the main occupational hazards in the casting industry and the related occupational disease protection facilities,to explore the control effect of the casting industry occupational hazards protection facilities. Methods Three companies of foundry industry in the city were selected, and the occupational health examination of workshop modeling, casting,occupational hazards heat treatment,co box and clear sand jobs were monitored respectively,and the occupational hazards and related protective equipment, management systems were investigated on-site. Results Occupational hazards protection facilities in these three companies were relatively complete, but related occupational health management system was not perfect, the rate of dust exceeded 25.0%, the noise exceeded 38.1%, high temperature exceeded 42.8%, and no occupational contraindications, suspected occupational diseases and occupational diseases patient were found in the occupational health examination of the three companies. Conclusion At present, the city foundries are all equipped with the relevant occupational disease protection facilities, but the effectiveness of some protective facilities and related management system are not perfect, resulting in the protective facilities cannot meet long-term effective operation,cannot play their best role. Therefore the management of occupational protective equipment in the foundry industry of the city should be increased.
