摘要
目的研究分析医院CT室内放射工作人员的放射防护控制效果,从而有效的保证放射范围内工作人员、群众的健康安全。方法对现场进行抽查,确定在CT诊断项目中工作人员最主要的职业病危害因素为X射线。结果对CT机房周围机房顶1 m、北墙表0.3 m、南墙表0.3 m、南墙表0.3 m、东墙表0.3 m、西墙表0.3 m、操作位、铅观察室0.3 m、操作室、门外表0.3 m、机房门外表0.3 m、机房门下缝外0.3 m处开展安全检查,结果均全部合格。结论对放射防护进行综合评价,医院CT室放射防护局符合国家相关放射卫生的法规标准要求,工作人员均在有效的放射防护下开展工作。
Objective This paper tries to study and analyze the radiation protection and control effect of CT indoor radiation workers, so as to effectively ensure the health and safety of staff and the masses in the radiation range. Methods Field interpolation was conducted to identify the most important occupational hazard of staff in the CT diagnostic project was X-ray.Results Test of the CT machine room of 1m from the roof, 0.3 m from the north wall, 0.3 m from the south wall, 0.3 m from the east wall, 0.3 m from the west wall, from the operation bit, 0.3 m from the lead observation room, from the operation room, 0.3 m from the outside, 0.3 m outside from the door, 0.3 m outside the door stitch of the machine room, the results were all qualified. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of radiation protection is that the hospital CT room Radiological Protection office is in line with the relevant state regulations and standards for radiological health requirements, the staff work under effective radiological protection.
