摘要
目的探讨传统健康教育与多样化健康教育对产妇母乳喂养的影响,以便提高母乳喂养率。方法抽取2015年6月—2016年6月在该院住院分娩的产妇220名,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组只进行常规的护理和喂养指导。观察组由经验丰富的主管护师进行系统的母乳喂养健康教育和心理疏导,语言简明,通俗易懂,使产妇及家属能更好理解。结果观察组中,有45名基本纯母乳喂养,7名人工喂养,55名纯母乳喂养,3名混合喂养;传统健康教育对照组中,有30名基本纯母乳喂养,25名人工喂养,35名纯母乳喂养,20名混合喂养。观察组的产妇无论在喂养方面还是在乳汁分泌情况,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统健康教育与多样化健康教育均对促进母乳喂养成功的有明显作用,但多样化健康教育效果更佳。
Objective This paper tries to study the effect of traditional health education and diversified health education to maternal breastfeeding, so as to increase the breastfeeding rate. Methods 220 cases of puerpera hospitalized from June2015 to June 2016 in this hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted regular care and feeding guidance. The observation group was guided by experienced breastfeeding nurse-incharge with systematic health education and psychological counseling, compendious and understandable, making mothers and families better understand. Results In the observation group, 45 cases were basic exclusive breastfeeding, 7 cases of artificial feeding, 55 cases of exclusive breastfeeding, 3 cases of mixed feeding; in the control group, 30 cases were exclusive breastfeeding, 25 cases of artificial feeding, 35 cases of exclusive breastfeeding, and 20 cases of mixed feeding. The maternal feeding or breast milk secretion in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Traditional health education and diversified health education are obviously effective to promote the success of breastfeeding.
