高职高专助产专业产科实践教学的改进与探索

摘要 目的探讨高职高专助产专业产科实践教学的改进与探索。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月于该院学习的150名高职高专助产专业学生作为该次的研究对象,采取信封式随机分组法分为对照组、观察组各75名,对照组予以传统教学,观察组予以改进实践教学,并将2组学生经教学干预后的实践评分、教学满意度评分及专业知识评分。结果观察组高职高专助产专业学生的实践评分为(87.11±6.12)分,教学满意度评分为(90.13±6.78)分及专业知识评分为(84.85±6.46)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高职高专助产专业产科的实践教学方案进行改进,可提高学生的专业能力及实践能力,对提高教学满意度具有积极意义,值得推广实施。 Objective This paper tries to explore the improvement of obstetrical practice teaching in technical specialty of vocational college. Methods 150 cases of college students from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 75 cases in each group, the control group adopted the traditional teaching, the observation group adopted improved practice teaching, and then the teaching intervention score, teaching satisfaction score and professional knowledge score of the two groups after the practice were compared. Results The practice scores of the students in the observation group was(87.11±6.12)points, the teaching satisfaction score was(90.13±6.78)points and the professional knowledge score was(84.85±6.46)points, higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The improvement of practice teaching helps to improve the students' professional ability and practical ability,as well as the teaching satisfaction, which is worth popularization and implementation.
