摘要
目的探讨在精神科临床教学过程中应用叙事性带教方式的效果。方法选取68名于2014年6月—2016年6月期间招聘在该院精神科的住院医师和护士,随机分为对照组(传统带教方式,n=34)与观察组(予以叙事性带教方式,n=34),观察两组教学效果。结果观察组操作技能考核及理论考核成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神科临床教学过程中应用叙事性带教方式可显著提高学生的专业成绩,提高学生对教学方式的满意度,具有推广价值。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of narrative teaching method in the clinical teaching of psychiatry. Methods 68 cases of psychiatric practice clinical interns recruited in this hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(taking traditional teaching mode) and the observation group(taking narrative teaching mode), with 34 cases in each group, and then the teaching effect of the two groups were observed.Results Operation skills assessment and theoretical examination results of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion In the course of clinical teaching of psychiatry, the application of narrative teaching mode can significantly improve students' professional achievements and improve their satisfaction with teaching methods.
