临床路径管理在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察临床路径管理在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果。方法分析该院于2015年2月—2017年2月期间接收的128例泌尿外科手术患者资料,按照临床采取的护理方案不同分成两组,对照组(64例)行常规管理模式,实验组(64例)行临床路径管理,比较两组临床管理效果、手术成功率与并发症发生率及服务质量满意度。结果与对照组比较,实验组抗菌药物使用日、住院费用及住院时间均更优,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于泌尿外科手术中实施临床路径管理可取得满意效果。
