摘要
随着食品药品检验机构的检验范围不断扩大,检验能力、检验手段大幅度提高,基层食品药品检验机构的检验仪器设备也在不断增多,在食品药品检验机构仪器设备是提供公正数据的重要工具,为了保证仪器检验结果的准确性、有效性,仪器设备的管理水平就越来越重要。该文通过对基层食品药品检验机构大型仪器设备的管理关键环节控制的探讨分析,提出对大型仪器设备在采购、计量检定/校准、仪器的日常使用、维护、管理人员的培训、监督管理等方面的对策及建议。
With the food and drug inspection agencies expanding the scope of inspection, increasing testing capacity,strengthening inspection methods, increasing the inspection equipment in the grass-roots food and drug testing institutions.The equipment is an important tool to provide fair data. In order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the instrument test results, management level of equipment is becoming more and more important. This paper analyzes the the key aspects of the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in the grassroots food and drug inspection institutions, and puts forward some suggestions on the training, supervision and management of large-scale equipment in the procurement,measurement and calibration, daily use, maintenance and management of the equipment.
