任务型教学视域下高职酒店英语会话教学浅议

On Teaching of Hotel English Conversation in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Task-Based Approach

酒店行业有着严格的礼仪规范和用语规范,用以维护其良好的形象和声誉。高职院校"酒店英语"就是根据酒店规范用语的规定而开设的一门具有针对性的技能课程,其主要内容是会话训练。文章以任务型教学法为导向,讨论酒店英语会话教学的任务设计,阐释教学任务的实施过程,研究酒店英语会话的训练教学。

There are str ict etiquette standards and language use cr iter ia in the hotel industry to maintain their good images and reputation. Vocational colleges, based on the industry＇s standards and criteria, set up in their hotel management specialty and tourism English specially a course named “Hotel English” in which hotel English conversation is the main teaching content. The paper takes the task-based approach as the teaching method to discuss the teaching task design of the hotel English conversation, explain the implementation of the teaching tasks and study the training and teaching of Hotel English.
