高等职业院校教学检查工作的实效性途径探索——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

Exploration on Effectiveness of Teaching Inspection in Vocational Colleges——A Case of Urumqi Vocational University

通过对乌鲁木齐职业大学日常教学检查中存在的典型问题进行剖析,深度解读学校教学检查制度的建设与实施情况,结合现代职业教育体系对人才培养的客观要求,以及《高等职业院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进指导方案(试行)》的具体要求,从强化领导重视、构建现代教学评价体系和开展多样化教学检查等方面对高等职业院校教学检查工作的实效性途径做一尝试性探讨。

The paper analyzes the typical problems in the teaching inspections of Urumqi Vocational University(UVU) and reveals the construction status of teaching inspection system and its implementation. Based on the analysis, the paper discusses the effectiveness of the teaching inspection and proposes the route of improving the effectiveness.
