新疆南疆高职院校教师科研队伍建设现状研究

On Status of Construction of Scientific Research Team of Vocational College Teachers in Southern Part of Xinjiang

新疆高等职业教育历经十几年的迅猛发展,已在新疆高等教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前,已从规模发展转入重视质量和效益的内涵式发展,因此必须尽快提高高职院校教师整体素质尤其是科研素质和能力。文章以南疆两所高职院校为例,通过研究和探讨教师科研队伍建设现状,以期为有效促进南疆高职院校教师科研队伍建设和整体素养提升提供借鉴和参考。

The paper holds that the higher vocational education in Xinjiang has developed rapidly and its development model is changed from scale development one to connotative development one which attach importance to quality and efficiency, in which improving teachers' quality, especially their scientific research ability, is the key point. The paper takes two vocational colleges in the southern part of Xinjiang as a case to investigate the status of construction of teachers' scientific research teams and proposes some suggestions, tending to provide a reference for the construction of teachers' scientific research teams in vocational colleges.
