摘要
天津现代职业技术学院在师资队伍建设中,积极探索"四八五"专任教师能力培养模式,初步建设了一支具有现代职教理念、师德高尚、专兼结合、结构合理、教学水平高和实践能力强的"双师结构"教师团队,为高职院校专任教师培养提供了可资借鉴的实践案例。
The paper states that Tianjin Modern Vocational Technology College(TMVTC) has been exploring a mode of 'four-eight-five' type to improve full-time teachers' ability in its construction of teaching staff and has formed a teacher team of double-professionally-titled teachers with modern vocational teaching ideas, high academic level and practised professional skills, which provides a practical case for reference by other vocational colleges.
