基于德国“双元制”培养模式下高职院校与本土企业产教融合的探讨——以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例

On Profound Integration of Higher Vocational Education with Local Enterprises Based on “Dual System” Training Mode

借鉴国外校企合作的成功经验,基于国内对德国"双元制"本土化培养模式的研究与实践,结合中国高职教育现状、本土企业文化和中国教育法律法规,构建符合地方经济发展的校企合作模式,不断推进校企合作的广度和深度,服务于地方本土企业,培养地方经济发展所需高素质技能人才。

The paper contends that the 'dual system' from German vocational education provides a good reference for the vocational education in China. The vocational education in China will form its own character by using foreign experience as a reference, basing its development on local social situation, respecting the enterprises' culture and establishing school-enterprise cooperation mode which conforms to local economic development to provide more qualified talents for enterprises.
