摘要
英国学徒制源于12世纪初的手工业行会制度,经历了手工业行会自发学徒制、国家立法规范学徒制、利益相关者协商学徒制、政府直接干预学徒制等四个阶段,在实施过程中获得的立法规范、管理健全、框架完善、范围宽广、社会认同、企业主导、财政扶持、核心特征等成功经验值得我国借鉴、学习。
The apprenticeship system in Britain originated from the handicraft guild system in early 12th century andexperienced four stages——spontaneous apprenticeship in the handicraft guild, apprenticeship based on nationallegislation, consultative apprenticeship between stakeholders and apprenticeship of government intervention style. The apprenticeship system in Britain, in the process of implementation, accumuLated successful experiences characterized by legislative regulation, perfect management, complete framework, a wide scope, sound social identification, enterprise- oriented style, and national iinancial support, which provides a reference for vocational education in China.
