羟基硅酸镁/硅烷复合膜的制备及其耐蚀性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水热合成法制备微米级的羟基硅酸镁粉体,探讨在冷轧钢板表面制备羟基硅酸镁/硅烷复合膜的最佳羟基硅酸镁添加量,通过极化曲线、交流阻抗、硫酸铜点滴实验研究硅烷复合膜的耐蚀性能,使用扫描电子显微镜分析表征粉体及硅烷复合膜的表面形貌。结果表明:当羟基硅酸镁粉体用量为100 mg/L,羟基硅酸镁/硅烷复合膜膜层较为致密,自腐蚀电流密度由硅烷膜的2.603×10^(-6)A/cm^2下降到4.368×10^(-7)A/cm^2,提高了其耐腐蚀性能。 Micron-sized hydroxyl magnesium silicate powders were prepared with hydrothermal synthesis method.The optimum content of hydroxyl magnesium silicate in the preparation of hydroxyl magnesium silicate/silane composite films on cold-rolled steel sheets were explored. The corrosion resistance of the prepared silane composite films was analyzed by Tafel curves, alternating current(AC) impedance and CuSO4 dropping. The surface topography of powder and silane composite films were characterized with scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the dense uniform of the hydroxyl magnesium silicate/silane composite silane film can be obtained when the concentration of hydroxyl magnesium silicate in the slurry is optimized to be 100 mg/L. The self-corrosion current density decreases from 2.603×10-6A/cm2 of the silane film to 4.368×10-7A/cm2 of the composite silane film, its corrosion resistance performance is improved.
