摘要
中国是猪肉生产和消费大国,但近年来猪肉产量和消费量数据存在较大的差异,为科学引导本国肉类的生产、进口和消费,利用2015年猪肉全产业链调研数据对中国猪肉流通损耗及整体可食情况展开分析,测算出中国猪肉流通综合率为4.36%,整体可食率为90.29%,建议进一步分析猪肉流通损耗及可食比重,并提出了相关对策建议。
China is a big country of pork production and consumption, but in recent years there are large differences in pork production and consumption, for the scientific guidance of the production, imports and consumption ofmeat in China. The authors analyzed the circulation loss ofpork and the overall edible situation using the survey data ofwhole industry chain ofpork in 2015, got that the comprehensive rate ofpork circulation in China was 4.36 percent and the overall edible rate was 90.29 percent, and suggested the further analysis of pork sirculation loss and edible proportion should be made. Finally, the related countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
