帕利哌酮缓释片和奥氮平片治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症的效果和安全性比较

Comparison of efficacy and safety of Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets and Olanzapine Tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia in children and adolescents

目的探讨帕利哌酮缓释片和奥氮平片治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症的效果和安全性。方法选取2013年4月~2016年4月我院收治的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为帕利哌酮缓释片组(P组,n=50)和奥氮平片组(A组,n=48),两组均治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6、8、10、12周的PANSS评分,比较两组患者不良反应发生率。结果 P组患者的起效时间早于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着服药时间延长至治疗后第12周,两组的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P组患者嗜睡、肝功能异常、血脂异常、体重增加的发生率低于A组,静坐不能的发生率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮缓释片和奥氮平片治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症患者疗效相当,但帕利哌酮缓释片副作用少于奥氮平片,且起效更快。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets and Olanzapine Tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia in children and adolescents.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into the Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets group（group P,n=50） and Olanzapine Tablets group（group A,n=48）.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.PANSS scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and1,2,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Results The patients in the group P was effective earlier than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.When medication was extended to 12 weeks after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The incidence of narcolepsy,abnormal liver function,abnormal blood lipid and weight gain were lower in group P than those in group A,the incidence of akathisia was higher than group A,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets and Olanzapine Tablets has similar efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia in children and adolescents,but Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets has less side effects than Olanzapine Tablets,and it works faster.
