芩连理中汤治疗复发型慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Qinlian-lizhong decoction on recurrent chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis

目的观察芩连理中汤治疗复发型慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎(CUC)的临床疗效。方法将80例复发型CUC患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例予芩连理中汤治疗,对照组40例予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,2组均治疗8周,观察2组治疗前后腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便积分变化,C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及其阳性率,比较2组证候疗效及全结肠镜检查疗效。结果治疗组治疗后腹痛、腹泻及黏液脓血便积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后腹泻、黏液脓血便积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便积分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CRP及其阳性率均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组证候总有效率81.6%,对照组证候总有效率67.6%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组证候疗效优于对照组。治疗组全结肠镜检查总有效率78.9%,对照组全结肠镜检查总有效率70.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组全结肠镜检查疗效优于对照组。结论芩连理中汤能较好缓解复发型CUC患者症状,改善肠镜下黏膜损伤,提高疾病治疗有效率。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qinlian-lizhong decoction on the treatment of recurrent chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis（ CUC）. Methods 80 recurrent CUC patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group（ n = 40） was treated by Qinlian-lizhong decoction,and the control group（ n = 40） was treated by mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,continuously treatment for 8 weeks. The scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and purulent stools,the C-reactive protein（ CRP） and its positive rate before and after treatment were observed in two groups. The curative effects of syndrome and total colonoscopy were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and purulent stools after treatment were reduced in treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the scores of diarrhea and purulent stools after treatment were reduced in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and which in treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The CRP and its positive rate after treatment were reduced in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the reduction in treatment group was more obvious（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group（ 81. 6%） and the control group（ 67. 6%,P 〈 0. 05）,and the curative effects of syndrome in the treatment group was superior that in the control group. The total effective rate of total colonoscopy in treatment group（ 78. 9%） was superior to that in control group（ 70. 3%,P 〈 0. 05）,the effects of total colonoscopy in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Qinlian-lizhong decoction can better alleviate the symptoms of recurrent CUC patients,improve intestinal mucosal injury and increase the effective rate of treatment.
