健脾化湿法治疗慢性肾衰竭肾性骨病的临床研究

Clinical research of invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method on chronic renal failure complicated renal osteopathy disease

目的观察健脾化湿法治疗慢性肾衰竭肾性骨病(ROD)的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性肾衰竭并发ROD的非透析患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾化湿中药。2组均治疗3个月,监测治疗前后血清钙、磷、全段甲状旁腺激素水平变化情况,比较2组治疗前后症状积分,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清钙水平均较治疗前升高,血清磷、全段甲状旁腺激素水平均下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清钙水平高于对照组,血清磷、全段甲状旁腺激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项症状评分及总分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后各项症状评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化湿法治疗慢性肾衰竭ROD疗效确切,可明显改善临床症状,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method on the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated renal osteopathy disease（ ROD）. Methods 60 chronic renal failure complicated ROD patients in non-dialysis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ n = 30）was treated by conventional western medicine,the treatment group（ n = 30） was treated by Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen to resolve dampness on the basis of the control group,continuously treatment for 3 months. The changes of serum calcium,serum phosphate and total parathyroid hormone before and after treatment were observed in two groups. The symptom scores before and after treatment was compared in two groups,and the curative effects were evaluated. Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group（ 93.3%） and the control group（ 83. 3%,P 〈 0. 05）. The level of serum calcium after treatment were increased in two groups,and the levels of serum phosphate and total parathyroid hormone were reduced（ P 〈 0. 05）. The level of serum calcium after treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of serum phosphate and total parathyroid hormone were lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The each symptom score and total scores after treatment were reduced in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）,and which in treatment group were lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method on the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated ROD has exact effects,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
