原发性醛固酮增多症的心脑血管疾病风险 被引量:5

摘要 原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛症)是继发性高血压的常见原因之一。随着诊疗技术的提升,发现原醛症的患病率远比既往认识的高。继发于高醛固酮血症之后的水钠潴留及血管内皮功能的改变导致血压升高,动脉硬化及心脏、脑、肾脏靶器官损害,心脑血管疾病显著增加,其中包括心律失常、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、脑卒中等。原醛症患者相较原发性高血压患者更易出现心脑血管疾病,其预后也不容乐观,故早期诊断并评估原醛症患者的心血管风险尤为重要。对于原醛症患者,降低血清醛固酮水平,纠正低血钾及醛固酮受体拮抗剂的应用都是有效的方法,有助于减少患者的心血管疾病风险及病死率。
