血清8-异前列腺F2α、丙二醛和过氧化氢酶在重叠综合征患者中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察血清8-异前列腺F2α(8-iso-PGF2α),丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)在重叠综合征(OS)患者中临床意义。方法 OS患者65例为OS组;选择同期在我院仅为慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD),阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)和健康体检者分别为COPD组,OSAHS组和健康对照组,每组30例。采用ELISA的方法测定血清8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT水平。比较COPD组,OSAHS组和OS组血清8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT水平,OS患者血清8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT水平与COPD分级和OSAHS严重程度的关系,治疗后水平的变化,及其各指标之间的相互关系。结果 4组血清8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),COPD组,OSAHS组和OS组的8-iso-PGF2α和MDA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),OS组水平最高(P<0.01),而COPD组,OSAHS组和OS组的CAT水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),OS组水平最低(P<0.01),COPD组和OSAHS组之间的血清8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。OS患者血清8-iso-PGF2α和MDA水平随着COPD分级和OSAHS严重程度升高而升高,而CAT水平随着COPD分级和OSAHS严重程度升高而降低。血清8-iso-PGF2α和MDA表达与CAT水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.765、-0.648,P<0.05),而8-iso-PGF2α与MDA水平呈正相关(r=0.657,P<0.05)。结论 8-iso-PGF2α、MDA和CAT参与了OS发生发展过程,是OS疾病严重程度的指标。 Objective To observe the clinical significance of serum 8-iso-prostatic F2α(8-iso-PGF2α),malondialdehyde(MDA) and catalase(CAT) in patients with overlap syndrome(OS). Methods Sixty-five patients with OS who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled as OS group,at the same time,30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),30 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and30 healthy subjects were enrolled as COPD group,OSAHS group,control group,respectively. The serum levels of8-iso-PGF2α,MDA and CAT were detected by ELISA and compared among COPD group,OSAHS group and OS group.Moreover the correlation between the serum levels of 8-iso-PGF2α,MDA,CAT in patients with OS and COPD classification as well as severity of OSAHS was analyzed. Besides,the changes of these indexes after treatment were observed,and the correlation among these indexes was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the serum levels of 8-iso-PGF2α,MDA,CAT among the four groups(P〈0. 01). The levels of 8-iso-PGF2αand MDA in COPD group,OSAHS group and OS group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0. 01),which in OS group were the lowest(P〈0. 01),however,the levels of CAT in COPD group,OSAHS group,OS group were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0. 01),which in Os group were the lowest(P〈0. 01). Moreover there were no significant differences in the serum levels of8-iso-PGF2α,MDA,CAT between COPD group and OSAHS group(P〉0. 05). The levels of 8-iso-PGF2αand MDA in OS group were increased with the enhancement of COPD classification and severity of OSAHS,but the levels of CAT were decreased with the enhancement of COPD classification and severity of OSAHS. Furthermore the serum levels of 8-iso-PGF2αwere negatively correlated to those of CAT(r =-0. 648,P〈0. 05),however the levels of 8-iso-PGF2αwere positively correlated to those of MDA(r = 0. 657,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The 8-iso-PGF2 α,MDA and CAT are involved in the pathogenesis and development of OS,which are regarded as the indexes to evaluate the severity of OS.
